In 2000, she graduated as a  QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST, with almost 27yrs in the Beauty Industry she also thrived to become a professional Dancer

winning three championships in Australia, teaching workshops and opening her own Latin dance school.

She has always been deeply interested in connecting with people and inspiring them to take care of themselves — both physically and emotionally. 

Teaching and sharing her knowledge is one of her greatest satisfaction Gabriela describes herself as intense, passionate, optimistic and deeply in love with life. 

In 2017, her daughter was born, and being a single mother gave her a new perspective  in life when she paused her Dance/ Artistic and creative path for a while till her body started craving for movement after feeling so trapped.

 In 2025 she graduated in Dance and Movement Therapy - Chakra Healing, allowing her to heal deeply. 

The combination of her background in Holistic therapy, along with her close connection with people and the learning of Dance and Movement Therapy, has reconnected her with her essence and allowed her to find a true purpose in life..

Today, Gabriela is excited to introduce a new therapy in 2026 and continue supporting the community on their journey toward a more conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life.

Nikki is a queer Somatic Therapist, Myofascial Release and Somatic Massage Therapist. With over nine years of somatic study and trauma training through the Holistic School of Therapy in Edinburgh. 

She offers deeply personal sessions that may include Somatic Trauma Therapy, Somatic Massage, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping or Spinal

Her work is grounded in inclusion, decolonisation of the therapeutic space and awareness of the political and social climates that shape our lived experience. 

Neurodiverse herself, Nikki centres each person’s unique way of being and experiencing the world. Her goal is to create a space for safety, authenticity and embodied healing by enhancing your relationship with your body through working with triggers for trauma integration and nervous system resilience. Her goal is to enhance your everyday life and teach you to learn the language of your body. 

Somatic Trauma Therapy has been proven to treat and help with; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) & CPTSD Anxiety and Panic Disorders Depression Chronic Pain Emotional Regulation Body Autonomy Relationship Challenges Stress-Related Conditions Relationship to self and your environment Nervous system resilience Trauma integration Nikki also facilitates community workshops and talks, focused on Somatic Living and reconnection to nature, to self and to each other. With a firm belief that therapy should be accessible for all, she offers limited ‘pay as you can’ spaces for sessions and workshops. Working in the beauty industry feels natural to Erica. "I love taking care of people and seeing them feel better, lighter and more confident after a treatment. The technical side keeps me inspired too: learning, improving and trying new treatments is what motivates me every day".  says Erica....

She works @ Holistic U two days of the week , Wednesdays and Fridays. The rest of the time she dedicates to motherhood.

She has worked back  in Italy with Spa and Beauty full time since she graduated .

Jade graduated with her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2023. She was first drawn to massage, after learning she has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Jade is passionate about creating a safe practice for people with marginalised bodies to receive massage. Here, she works as one of our massage therapists and is dedicated to providing a nurturing and

Here, she works as one of our massage therapists and is dedicated to providing a nurturing and relaxing experience for her clients. In her other work, she practices remedial massage and coaches a group of queer rock climbers, having established Queer Climbers Sydney.
