 Her curiosity for wellbeing began at the age of 18, when she  studied several courses including professional makeup, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage,  Aromatherapy, Hot stones, and holistic counselling.

Gabriela has been the  owner of Holistic U for over 12 years.

 Her curiosity for wellbeing began at the age of 18, when she  studied several courses including professional makeup, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage,  Aromatherapy, Hot stones, and holistic counselling. 

In 2000, she graduated as a  QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST, with almost 27yrs in the Beauty Industry she also thrived to become a professional Dancer

winning three championships in Australia, teaching workshops and opening her own Latin dance school.

She has always been deeply interested in connecting with people and inspiring them to take care of themselves — both physically and emotionally. 

Teaching and sharing her knowledge is one of her greatest satisfaction Gabriela describes herself as intense, passionate, optimistic and deeply in love with life. 

In 2017, her daughter was born, and being a single mother gave her a new perspective  in life when she paused her Dance/ Artistic and creative path for a while till her body started craving for movement after feeling so trapped.

 In 2025 she graduated in Dance and Movement Therapy - Chakra Healing, allowing her to heal deeply. 

The combination of her background in Holistic therapy, along with her close connection with people and the learning of Dance and Movement Therapy, has reconnected her with her essence and allowed her to find a true purpose in life..

Today, Gabriela is excited to introduce a new therapy in 2026 and continue supporting the community on their journey toward a more conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life.

Her journey began with a deep interest in aesthetics and self care, which naturally evolved into a passion for helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge through clinical practice and by teaching future professionals, developing both technical expertise and a genuine connection with people.


Mayara has always been drawn to understanding each individual beyond the surface. She believes that beauty is not only about appearance, but also about how we feel within ourselves. This perspective shapes her approach,  combining results, driven treatments with care, presence, and intention.

Known for her calm and attentive nature, she creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly listened to. For Mayara, every treatment is an opportunity to nurture confidence, wellbeing, and self-connection.

Today, she continues to grow within a more holistic vision of beauty, guided by her passion for learning and her commitment to offering meaningful and personalised care.

Jade graduated with her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2023. She was first drawn to massage, after learning she has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Jade is passionate about creating a safe practice for people with marginalised bodies to receive massage. Here, she works as one of our massage therapists and is dedicated to providing a nurturing and

Here, she works as one of our massage therapists and is dedicated to providing a nurturing and relaxing experience for her clients. In her other work, she practices remedial massage and coaches a group of queer rock climbers, having established Queer Climbers Sydney.
