Chakra Dance is a tool that, through simple body movements, allows us to activate and balance the energy centers or chakras. This technique is easy to practice, requires no sophisticated equipment, and is suitable for all ages.

Chakra Healing is a unique method of healing and female empowerment where through DANCE, MOVEMENT , SINGING, MEDITATION and RITUAL you will be able to harmonize each of your chakras to begin living your life to the fullest!

Our body is the vehicle that receives everything that emotionally happens in our lives: pain, sadness, joy, trauma, fear, exhaustion, stress.
